Apex Moving & Storage LLC

Excellent care of furniture and personal belongings. Very kind to homeowners and was respectful of their wishes as to where items went. I've used them twice and can't say enough on how pleased I am.

Apex Moving & Storage helped our daughter move again, and did a fantastic job. Last year she moved from Bonney Lake to Federal Way. This year she moved from Federal Way to Tacoma. I called Apex Moving & Storage in April, and I talked to Billi again for our daughter and everything was a breeze. B...

They were very efficient yet probably more careful with moving our stuff than we are. They were also friendly made a stressful day of moving much easier to deal with.

Apex helped move my parents from their long time home to a senior community. From my initial phone call through the final bill everything was done professionally, timely, and very well done. Apex answered all our questions, kept in constant contact, carefully moved everything out and into the new lo...

James Neal provided excellent customer service! He communicated in a timely manner and explained the estimate paperwork really well. He was patient and helpful. Thank you, James!

This is twice over used Apex moving and storage, first was just a move into storage so insurance could fix my floor. This one was a for a move half way across the country. I wasn't knowing what to think. From the time I first called Billie I knew I was in good hands. She explained everything and an...

A crew of 5 moved our belongings - they were amazing, hard workers, professional, friendly and extremely careful with all of our items. Highly recommend Apex!!!

Amazing experience. They made sure my large pictures and television was protected. No issues: they were on time, did what they said they were going to do, very professional, and finished 2 hours ahead of the quote saving me a few hundred dollars.

The service we got was excellent. The men worked hard did a excellent job, friendly and knowledgeable. I will tell all of my Friends about it. Thank you.

Apex was great from start to finish! They were quick to respond, kind and easy to work with. They provided me with an accurate pre-bid and answered all of my questions patiently and in a timely manner. On moving day, the team arrived early and in good spirits. They were courteous, helpful and very p...

I had the two most amazing, professional men move my belongings! They handled my family heirlooms with gentleness and respect. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

When i called, Apex Moving & Storage, i was frazzled and about at my last raw nerve. I had been calling moving companies, local and national, only to find out everyone is moving and no one was available! Then, Billi (sp?) answered the phone at Apex Moving & Storage. If she is any indication of the c...

No sir, I do have the correct company. Your company did DO an out of state move for us and my husbands name is definitely or was in your system. The staff that was hired for the packing of our move was unprofessional and did not properly wrap items (or wrap them at all). When they delivered it to ou...

If I could give 0 stars I would. This moving company is terrible. The other reviews are spot on-they did not cover our entry with blankets upon delivery. They did not cover valuable furniture with moving blankets either. Many of our items arrived dirty and significantly damaged. When I pointed this...

Apex Moving & Storage is a fantastic moving company to hire!! Billi was great to work with from start to finish!! LJ and crew (2 other guys) were awesome and very careful and respectful to my daughters furniture/stuff and our interior doors and walls!! They wrapped everything professionally and w...

Get ready for the BAIT AND SWITCHApex is not the moving company, they are brokers, their estimates are meaningless. When the real movers get there, the price will double! IF you are hapoy getting lied to and want to use this company. Make sure you insist on having an inspection BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM...

If you use these guys and something comes up and you have an emergency, better forget you know these guys. Owner had the power to make any changes and refuses..even if your Mom dies unexpectedly your refund goes into the owners pocket. Please stay away from a company that has no heart or compassion...

Our things were packed by some other company in another state and Apex unloaded items in our new home. Most of the things arrived, except for 1 box which was not checked off the list. The manager or whoever it was on the phone, kept telling the guys who were unpacking it, that the missing bag was th...

Being a small business owner myself, I know good customer service when I see it. From the minute I contacted Apex, everything was 5 star. They set me up for an onsite quote, their estimator arrived on time and was in and out in no time. I received their quote by email as promised. I contacted th...

Our realtor gave us APEX as an option since we are moving into our first home. We received an estimate quote and James was our relocation Consultant. They were very quick to schedule same day, over the weekend. They were able to make it happen that Monday. James was prompt, very polite, and courteou...

We hired Apex for our in town move. We had them come out and due a quote before the move, so that we had the most accurate moving cost (or so we thought). The movers were on time and friendly the day of the move, however the move itself was very disappointing. The first approximately four hours they...
