Olympic Moving & Storage INC

These men from olympic moving and storage were absolutely amazing. They were able to help us get the whole place packed up from a second story apartment and travel to a new apartment about 30 miles away and unload there truck into the new place. They were able to do everything within 6.5 hrs. Thank...

These guys did an absolutely amazing job. They were so respectful and worked incredibly hard. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

Kolby and Levi were absolutely fantastic! Kind, helpful, and FAST. Really great guys who did a really great job.

The team came out and moved a very large, heavy safe for Mr. It took a little extra work to make room to make room for the crew to move around with it. They had a great sense of humor and completed the job perfectly. Thank you so very much.

Excellent company. Communicated clearly about the shipment and delivery. John was friendly, professional and quick to get everything unloaded and delivered!

Olympic Moving & Storage did a phenomenal, highly professional job with our recent PCS. The crew arrived exactly on time, worked with incredible efficiency, and handled our belongings with great care. What I appreciated most was their communication—they answered all my questions on the spot and comp...

John and “the boys” were wonderful. 10/10 for professionalism and speed. They were very friendly and easy to work with!

We needed strong movers to help us at our Annual Rummage Sale because we're seniors and can only do so much! Trina helped set up the logistics while Keith, Chuck, and Colby worked incredibly hard moving many hefty items. Hats off to OM&S!! Can't recommend them enough.

These guys, Richard & Jonny arrived on time and were done in 2 hours. I will recommend them to everyone

I called several moving companies within a 100 mile radius of my location. Olympic storage was the only company that actually came out to my house to give me an estimate on my move. Not only was their customer service great, but their costs were far better than any other company that I dealt with. H...

I called several companies for a quote. Olympic Moving was the most personal and they gave me the best quote. Just to compare - a different company asked me to email the list of items and gave me a quote based on that. All measurements and weights were off and their quote came almost to a bill that...

To start I thought I contracted with Bekins, they clearly contracted with another company, but I was not made aware or somehow missed it. No big deal. 1.) I was told they would be at my house between 9-9:30am. They called me at 9:30am to let me know they would be 30-45 minutes with no recognition th...

I guess it is my fault for not fully understanding the contract but movers from Bekins Northwest dropped our expensive marble dining table and claims are only paying me $48 dollars back for $3500 marble table because they tricked me into explaining basic protection plan. Dispatchers also lied to me...

So we went with this company because of the reviews. However our experience with this company was pretty terrible. Here is a list of things that they messed up because of overbooking/understaffing and poor quality of care.Broken DishesBroken desk'sHardware taken apart but not kept in central locatio...

I am sure I put my 5-star review on Yelp in June 2019 but it is missing. On July 10, 2019, this company moved my stuff from "Public Storage" in Olympia a couple miles to my new place. They didn't have to do any packing or unpacking. I had NO PROBLEMS with anything. I went in person to their office...

Stay away from these guys!! Why? Omg, where to start?! 1. I had packed up 5 boxes of my clothes and shoes on my own prior to them coming - I needed it organized and sorted a certain way. Unbeknownst to me (until unpacking), they took everything out of my 5 boxes, wrapped them almost individually in...

Recently moved from Olympia to Minneapolis and did not (and still am not) have a good experience. The day before loading they sent two guys to pack everything. We had already done some packing ourselves and assumed they'd handle the rest. Once 4:30pm rolled around, the packers told us they were done...
