KLM were professional and efficient. They moved my extremely heavy pool table...twice! I'd use them again for any move needs. Definitely recommend them!!!

Kevin and his team arrived on time and, with special care, loaded our daughter's beloved piano down the stairs and into the truck. The joy of the whole experience for me was hearing her play the piano in her own home in Port Angeles when she called me to say that the piano arrived safely. Kevin does...

Kevin handled my interstate move smoothly and efficiently from start to finish without any glitches. His advance estimates were right on the nose. His team handled all of my items carefully and were super friendly. I highly recommend KLM to anybody looking for a reasonably priced and professional m...

Very prompt, arrived as scheduled. The crew leader was very friendly and started right away. All goods and furniture were handled with care to insure no scratches/damage occurred during loading & unloading. I was quite content with the crew, the packing & loading. At the other end of the move, i...

KLM sure came through for us! I called them on a Thursday to see if they could somehow move a woman in need in our community by the end of the weekend. They rallied their troops and got it done. This was a tall order on a short fuse. We are very grateful for the KLM team. They were professional...

A couple weeks ago, KLM helped me move my elderly mom and her husband from Silverdale, WA to Seattle. We spoke on the phone, they followed up with a competitive bid (one of three, the first one received), which I accepted, and they arrived on time the morning of moving day with all the necessary bl...

I didn't see any recent reviews on Yelp when I decided to use this moving service and I mistakenly assumed they had improved based on some Google reviews that I found. Unfortunately, it was a costly mistake for me. I've moved many times over the last two decades and KLM Movers is by far the WORST mo...

Movers showed up late stating an accident of another truck caused the tardiness. That was fine we didn't care.I had to leave, but I had greeted the movers and showed them where the apartment was. Apparently they had come inside and my husband showed them around. The main guys said he was going to tu...

This is the worst moving company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I made an appointment with these people, and told them I was in a 2 bedroom with lots of stuff. That we'd need them to pack, but that we had already gotten a good start on it. They showed up later than promised, then afte...

I hired KLM Movers in April of 2018. They were very professional. On time, went above and beyond as I was not as prepared as I thought I was. They worked overtime to get the job done that I did not plan appropriately for. And their rates were fair for the job. I will use them for my next move for su...

The worst movers ever.. I've been moving almost every other year and this "company" is the worst.. give yourself a favor and never ever hire these people.. I wish I had read some reviews before I hired them.. they didn't show up even though we had a signed estimate and I confirmed twice by calling t...

If I could give zero stars I would! I am beyond mad and upset with this moving company. They were suppose to show at 9am and they never showed up. Wasted time and a whole day. You guys should not even have a business if you can't even live up to it. Terrible moving company who are lairs. Save your m...

I'd give a zero if I could. Terrible company. Cheats, thieves and liars. They will quote you one thing and when the driver shows up, they WILL charge you more. They also charge 500% for tape, boxes and plastic wrap. They will have you sign things without being able to read fully and then they will s...

I tend to be a very 'fair' person and there isn't very often that I will go out of my way to tell of a bad experience, except... We contracted with this company to conduct our move from Washington State to Texas. The movers showed up on time, the truck and driver (owner) showed up 2 hours AFTER the...
