United Moving And Storage INC

This was the company that we were issued for my Navy PCS move. The three guys that showed up on August 28-29 2025 boxed a bunch of my stuff that was not supposed to be boxed(which is partly on me). As well as the old fart running the show who later tampered with our high priced items paperwork after...

Best packers we have had! Being military we move every few years, so we can tell if people care about their work. Bobby, Robert, and John were kind and professional. They took care of our things and packed a large house (6 people) in 2 days! Top notch and efficient.

Could not have asked for a better experience. We are a military family and were given two weeks notice to PCS to our next duty station. Through an already stressful time for our family United Move relieved an immense amount of that stress. They were kind, timely, and communicative throughout the ent...

Sarah and her team really came through for one of our tenants. We had a customer going through a difficult time with her mom passing and needed to move her things out of storage to her home out of state. I had her call Sarah to help with the process and she took care of everything. The tenant was so...

Nothing but great things to say about United Moving & Storage. First class communication and our packing crew (Robert and Shem, led by Bobby) were outstanding. Super efficient and thoughtful, they kept us in the loop throughout the day and handled our home with care. Robert was amazing in the kitch...

Sarah from United was great. She took good care of us and helped us do an accurate estimate. We moved and used temporary storage, and all items were accounted for and no items were broken. They were even able to deliver earlier than planned

United did a great job moving from western Washington to Oklahoma. They were prompt and didn't lose or break anything. There inventory control is easy and complete. Thanks to Sarah and Joan for always keeping us informed. The crews from each end of the move were careful and efficient. Job well done!

Big thank you too Chris having Mark and Marcus come back and open up and help load. They did a wonderful job. Thank you for going the extra mile for me

United Moving & Storage were incredible the entire way through the experience. They helped to move my elderly parents who needed a lot of assistance and helped me to navigate it from the opposite coast! When we encountered a challenge, they quickly helped to resolve the issue and made it so much e...

Awesome customer service. Sarah came to the house to give us an estimate and she was great. Answered all our questions even few days later! Timely follow-up call to review the estimate and answer questions were very much appreciated. The team (Ashley and Joan) made calls prior to moving day to e...

This is a brokerage company!!! They use 3rd party movers. Quoted me one price then sent third party who charged me a whole different price. Advice please read everything before you sign. I was SCAMMED. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS BUT IT FORCES ME TO CHOOSE.

Only a one star because I had to put something in order to write a review. My husband is active duty and we were moving from WA to CA, so the government contracted this company for our code 2 move. The team that arrived to pack our items they were very professional and nice, came to pack our goods...

Two stars have been earned by the people who are doing our packing because they are fantastic. The people who are coordinating our move at United DO NOT make military moves a priority. I guess they figure they can't lose our business so they don't care about us OR their employees. We have a house an...

So this was my first time actually hiring movers without the miltary covering it. We went from Bangor base in silverdale to a new house we purchased in Port Orchard. My quoter was Teri , she was wonderful , very pleasant and professional. They'll have one of their quote people come by your moving lo...

I just had a great customer service experience with Jennifer! She was pleasant, easy to talk to, and genuinely concerned with how she could best serve us. Their Estimator is working on the details right now, but, if they can fit us in, we'll definitely be using their service! *** I'll update after t...

After a huge fiasco with PODS, I called United in desperation for help with my out of state move. I spoke with Kelly right out of the gate and within a few hours I had a quote, a representative, and a pick up date. Toni was my moving rep, who called every step of the way to make sure all of my quest...

I had a few moving companies come in and provide an estimate for my move from southern to northern California. Right off the bat, United Moving agents Sullivan were highly professional and attentive to my needs. Kelly Sullivan in particular was fantastic to work with, providing superior knowledge wh...

Kelly - you are awesome!!! Extremely accommodating, professional, honest. Best company I've done business with in a long time. Highly recommended.

We had a very good experience with United Moving and Storage during our recent move from the Seattle area to Southern California. Teri Davis, our estimator and moving coordinator, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about every aspect of our move plus being very helpful. She had prompt answers...

EXCELLENT MOVING SERVICE!!! Very professional, friendly, accomodating and timely! Teri was my estimator and she was very professional and quick to respond to my questions. Shawn V. and James P. really helped turned my moving nightmare around. They packed my furniture and belongings in their truck ve...

Yes. I'm reviewing a moving company. This was the 3rd company I had do an estimate. They were more professional from the get go. The entire estimate was compiled via Ipad. Full disclosures and discussions about the process were very helpful. We discussed what would save substantial money - shi...
